Deborah Barta is the Global Head of Retail and Fintech at Fireblocks - an enterprise platform to manage digital asset operations and build innovative businesses on the blockchain - where she is responsible for successfully enabling the retail segment and fintechs of all sizes to build and grow their crypto businesses for robust scale.

Prior to Fireblocks, Deborah spent 15 years at Mastercard in a variety of roles spanning strategy, operations, product, technology and R&D/innovation. Most recently, she was the Senior Vice President of Provenance and Strategy, delivering Mastercard’s first commercial blockchain-based network, enabling transparency, trust and multi-rail B2B payments efficiencies for supply chain parties.
