Enterprise Architect, APAC

Here’s a bit about the opportunity

The Enterprise Architect is responsible for managing end-to-end product solutions originating from customer use-cases. As a trusted advisor and subject-matter expert you will research, analyze, plan, design to deliver the goals . As part of the Professional Services team, you will be leading the technical aspect of the integration - aiming to achieve a successful deployment of the Fireblocks product on the customers’ infrastructure which includes extensive planning, architecture designing, product gap analysis, technical understanding of customers’ needs and complete implementation of such products. As a technical expert, you will act as a subject expert on the Fireblocks infrastructure and product assisting the pre-sales teams on educating and providing deep-dive technical information for strategic Financial Institutions as potential customers

You’ll be:

  • In charge of defining enterprise customers’ unique setup with Fireblocks, planning and designing their solutions, API integrations, custom scripting, planning their security definitions, writing user guides, presentations, etc. 
  • Working with the world’s largest Traditional Financial Institutions, helping them to get into the Fintech market and implement blockchain based products
  • A bridge between multiple departments in Fireblocks, including - Sales, Product, R&D, Marketing, Business Solutions, etc.
  • Able to work cross-departmentally to find solutions to complex scenarios and integration issues
  • Able to Work with assigned customers to achieve the technical goals and objectives or other key performance indicators to enable customers to achieve their goals
  • Able to troubleshoot critical issues by doing a deep dive of various components with a can-do attitude 
  • A person with strong work ethic, integrity, organizational skills, work with minimal guidance, and be proactive 
  • Ensuring Operational Excellence and engaging with top customers to deliver high-quality service and focus on Customer satisfaction

 What do we expect from you

  • Bachelor's degree or above in computer science or related majors, with more than 10 years of work experience 
  • Software development experience
  • Deep understanding of IT security and proven Cloud experience
  • Strong knowledge of Enterprise Architecture and best practices
  • Experience (and loving) working with customers
  • Experience managing cross-functional programs, in a fast-paced environment and the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
  • Excellent written and spoken abilities in English and fluent in Mandarin (desired)
  • Background working with financial systems and/or blockchain
  • Technical and hands-on mindset, willing to triage and troubleshoot critical issues
  • Experience in  Blockchain, cryptography or Web 3 technologies is a plus
