The following terms and conditions apply to Clients’ purchase of a Deployment Package:

Each Deployment Package contains the entitlements detailed in the package description above (the “Deployment Services”).

1. Usage. Fireblocks will track the Deployment Services hours provided to Client and will make such information accessible to Client upon request. All hours used shall be rounded up to the nearest full hour.
2. Restrictions. Client may request to schedule Deployment Services meetings with Fireblocks during regular business hours. Fireblocks will make commercially reasonable efforts to accommodate Client’s schedule.
3. Unused Hours; Expiration. All Deployment Services packages are only valid during the package validity term as detailed above. Failure
4. No Refund. The Deployment Services are non-cancelable and non-refundable even if a balance of hours remains after validity term or Client has not achieved required results.

The Deployment Services include the following:

1. Solution Engineer Hours. Client will be offered the respective number of hours with a Fireblocks solution Engineer to be used to enable and refine Clients use case and strategy.
2. SSO Integration. Fireblocks’ will provide assistance to integrate the Fireblocks Platform with Clients’ supported SSO solution (including OpenID Connect, Okta, Google Workspace, Microsoft Azure AD, PingFederate, and it may integrate additional SSO connections using Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML)).
3. AML/Travel-Rule Configuration. To the extent Client purchases an AML product solution, Fireblocks will assist in configuring the required AML/Travel-rule policies in the Fireblocks platform. Fireblocks only supports Elliptic and Chainalysis for compliance screening at this time.
4. Product Overview. Fireblocks will spend up to one hour with Client detailing additional features and functionality of the Fireblocks platform.
5. Architecture Design. Fireblocks will assign a certified architect to spend up to 20 hours to participate in the design of Clients’ systems (including, but not limited to, producing architecture documents, planning for security, availability, maintenance, etc.).
6. Project Management. Fireblocks will assign a project manager to be Client’s point of contact during onboarding, and such project manager will coordinate weekly calls, technical calls with the architect and will manage Client’s use of its entitlements for up to 20 hours.
7. Premium Features. These features are available at additional cost. Fireblocks will provide training and overview in relation to the use of its premium features
8. Operational Training. Fireblocks will spend up to 1.5 hours to train Client employees on best practices for operations workspace management (including, but not limited to, key recovery, user permissions, and updating policies).
